Job Brief:
- Responsible for, and oversee maintenace activities plant-wide
- Troubleshoot and rectify machinery and equipment breakdown
- Fault-finding/preventive maintenance for plant’s high-tech machinery and equipment
- Implement Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives
- Provide training for reporting staff on TPM, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma activities
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineering qualifications
- At least 5-8 years of experience with 3-4 years in TPM
- Experience and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies is a must
- Systematic and strong analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills and a good team motivator
- Candidate must possess maturity in terms of work attitude and have strategic visioning
- Creative problem-solver with “can-do” attitude
